Why No Returns?
Hygiene and Safety: To ensure that every product you receive is fresh, untouched, and safe, we cannot accept returns once the product has been shipped.
Custom Formulations: Our products are often made to order, guaranteeing you receive the freshest, most effective skincare solutions. This customization prevents the possibility of resale, ensuring every product is as pure as intended.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If your product arrives damaged or with a defect, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the issue, and we will promptly arrange a refund.
Incorrect Orders: In the rare event that you receive the wrong product, email us at cravetocare2024@gmail.com within 24 hours with the order number, purchase receipt and photo of the product, and we will ensure the correct item is sent to you at no additional cost.
Filing a Claim:

Include your order number and a description of the issue, along with any relevant photos. We are here to assist you promptly and effectively.

Refunds
As we mentioned above, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
